Making a Will
Did you know that if you do not write your own will the Government effectively decides how your assets are divided using the Law of Intestacy.
The best reason to make a Will is that it gives you peace of mind.
Making a Will is the only way to ensure that your financial wishes can be carried out, as well as other important aspects, such as who you would want to benefit from your Estate after your death and also choosing the people you want to look after your children if you were not there for them.
Most people understand that importance of making a Will but for one reason or another never get around to it.
It is such an important thing to do, especially where children and extended families are involved, to make sure that everyone you want to protect/provide for is protected.
There's also the subject of your house - do not just assume that on your death it will automatically go to your partner, in many cases it will, but if you are not married the chances are that it might not.
Writing Your Will brings security, reassurance and above all peace of mind - not just for you, but also for all those who depend on you, either now or in the future.
Whatever your Last Wishes might be, remember...
LEAVE A WILL - NOT DOUBT AND WORRY!
